Come to beautiful southeast Minnesota to our charming small town and enjoy an evening in the park where kids can safely run and play while their parents (and the kids, too!) listen to live music! Every Wednesday all summer long (from May 14-August 27) we have live music and food served by a non-profit organization as a fundraiser. There are market vendors, too, to shop at with a wide variety of goods from homemade treats to fresh cut flowers to local honey. Even youth have booths serving things like boba drinks and handmade beaded bracelets.

On August 13 in addition to our usual music, food, and vendors, we will also honor our local Emergency Service Personnel. The ambulance department, sheriffs department, and fire department will all be on hand with vehicles and equipment for everyone to learn about and explore. This has been a favorite night for families and the community as everyone can positively interact with the emergency personnel and see exciting demonstrations. There will be yard games and other activities for youth. 

Our downtown businesses stay open late on Wednesdays, so take a little stroll down Main Street while you are here. Enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee or an iced latte and pick up some locally roasted coffee beans, browse the art gallery, stop in for a drink at one of the local establishments, and following the market enjoy a free movie and our Cinema.

Come to town early and enjoy the day at the swim center and stay for the evening for music and food. We can't wait to have you enjoy a summer evening in our beautiful and charming town!
