Step back in time at Fort Belmont’s Annual Pioneer Days!
Join buck skinners, reenactors, and history lovers for a weekend celebration of 1800s frontier life. Watch history come alive with primitive camping, open-fire cooking, blacksmithing, lefse making, weaving, and live demonstrations of traditional pioneer crafts and trades.
On Sunday only, don’t miss the thunderous excitement of the New Ulm Battery, firing their authentic Civil War-era cannon every half hour starting at 10:00 AM, with the final blast echoing at 4:00 PM!
Bring the family, meet the pioneers, and experience the sights, sounds, and stories of Minnesota’s early settlers—it’s hands-on history like you’ve never seen before!
