Falcon Heights, Minn (February 27, 2025) – Katheryn Menaged has opened her longtime successful fashion boutique, Scarborough Fair, in a new, larger location in Falcon Heights and is excited to bring back her fabulous springtime celebration, Hats, Horses & High Tea, on Saturday, March 29, 2025. The event is inspired by an appreciation for the art of hat making (millinery) and its rich history of self-expression in the fashion world.
