Discover the Craft: Woodworkers Expo at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds

The Minnesota Woodworkers Guild invites you to experience the 2025 Woodworkers Expo on Saturday, October 11, at the Progress Center on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. This free, family-friendly event includes free parking and is open to the public.

Whether you're an experienced craftsperson, a beginner, or simply curious about the world of woodworking, the Expo offers something for everyone:

• Live demonstrations throughout the day

• Seminars covering a wide range of woodworking techniques and topics

• A hands-on kids’ workshop in partnership with 4-H

• An adult workshop presented with Habitat for Humanity

• A curated gallery of woodworking projects—from beginner to advanced—created by Guild members

• A bustling vendor area featuring tools, hardwoods, and materials, alongside nonprofits, schools, and community organizations

• Classic State Fair food trucks on site to keep you fueled for the day
