Hennepin Medical History Center
About
The History Center preserves and interprets the history of Hennepin County Medical Center and 7 predecessor hospitals in Minneapolis including Metropolitan Medical Center and General Hospital. We have exhibits of medical procedures and instruments (including an iron lung); nursing history; and a library of books and journals from 1900-1970s. The Center is located in the lower level of the Blue building of HCMC.
