The Frozen River Film Festival (FRFF) will showcase short narrative films created by local Winona artists and filmmakers. Following the film screening, there will be a chat-back and Q&A session with the filmmakers. Featured Filmmakers include Sharon Mansur, Sydney Swanson, Brynn Artley, and more. Ticket Prices: $10 for adults, free for students. FRFF members receive a 20% discount. The event will include concessions and FRFF merchandise for sale. This event will be held in a traditional theatre environment with an HD film projector.
