About

Minnesota's only State Crossing - this year's route will follow MN Highway #1 (Minnesota's longest) from beginning (Oslo) to end (Silver Bay), about 350 miles. This is an outstanding route - we will bike through 3 National Forests, 2 Native Nations, and several State Forests. We will layover in Ely where you will have the opportunity to visit the International Wolf Center and the North American Bear Center. Our last day will be the unbelievable descent to Lake Superior - Bring Your Camera!
 RideMN1 Inc. is a nonprofit cancer awareness organization promoting healthy lifestyles while carrying our message of the progress being made and early detection is often the key to successful outcomes.
 No funding raising is required - we are an educational nonprofit.
 Our Ride is all inclusive: 21 meals, 2 nights lodging, 5 nights camping (bring your own tent, sleeping bag, etc.), luggage transport, SAG support, online mapping, daily hardcopy maps, and route marking.
 Luxury motor coach will be available from Aitkin/Garrison MN for the start on Saturday 9/7 and back to Aitkin/Garrison from Silver Bay at the end.
