Come see national touring stand up comedian, Tim Harmston, at Two Fathoms Brewing on Friday, October 17th. Tim Harmston delivers a unique brand of stand-up comedy, deeply rooted in his Midwest origins. His performances are a thoughtful blend of observational humor and delightful absurdity, reflecting a sensibility shaped by his upbringing in Northwest Wisconsin. Harmston’s comedic approach is both intelligent and accessible, often exploring the nuances of daily life, relationships, and the quirks of human behavior with a distinctive, understated charm.
?Improv classes at Chicago’s Second City piqued Tim’s interest in being on stage and he quickly shifted toward stand-up because he couldn’t stop writing jokes. Open mics in and around Minnesota and Wisconsin turned into paid gigs and in 2003 Tim won Acme Comedy Company’s Funniest Person in the Twin Cities competition, something he will be sure to tell people when he’s an old man in a bar.
