Founded in 1978, Eagle Bluff is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As a year-round environmental learning center, we provide accredited education programs & outdoor adventures to over 16,000 children, adults, and families each year.

The Eagan Art House, a part of Eagan Parks & Recreation, offers art classes, workshops and special events for all ages. Offerings include pottery, painting, drawing, pastels, after school and Saturday classes for children, parent/child, teen classes, classes for homeschoolers, scouts and more. The E. St. Julien Cox House was the home of one of the earliest settlers of St. Peter. Eugene Cox was an attorney, St. Peter’s first Mayor, and a representative to the State House and Senate.
The home, built in 1871, is one of the few fully restored Italianate homes in Minnesota and was the center of social activity for the prospering riverside town. Today the home provides a colorful backdrop to programs, socials, the festive Victorian Christmas at Cox House, garden parties, and group tours.
The undulating greens and the narrow, tree-lined fairways make for an interesting course time and again. It is no wonder this is one of the busiest courses in the state. The snack bar serves breakfast and lunch year-round and is open to the public.
