Altered Esthetics Gallery

Altered Esthetics is a non-profit community-based art gallery and arts organization. We believe artists represent a voice of society and our mission is to support and expand a vibrant arts community.

We are located in the Q'arma Building in Northeast Minneapolis. We have opening receptions for new shows the first Friday of every month, as well as artists discussions and workshops throughout the month.

Allanson's Park

Henderson's founder, Joseph R. Brown set aside land for a public park in 1855. The park provides 18 developed campsites with electrical hookups, all of those with water, a picnic shelter with rest rooms and shower facilities, play ground equipment and walking trail. From the park, an excellent view of the city and the Minnesota River Valley can be enjoyed.
