Located at the junction of US Highway 2 and Highway 92, Bagley is at the center of several natural attractions. Beautiful Lake Lomond is right within the city limits. Itasca State Park and the headwaters of the mighty Mississippi River are just a few miles south of Bagley on Highway 92. Located next to beautiful Lake Lomond. Fishing docks, swim beach with beach house-toilets and showers, playground, camping and tenting include fire rings and picnic tables, 3 picnic shelters, bath houses with showers. Fire wood available Golf nearby, basketball court, tennis court. Pets allow in campground on leash, (owners must pick up droppings). Park Attendants on duty 7 days a week.

Badoura Jack Pine Woodland SNA

Badoura Jack Pine Woodland is one of the largest examples of a mature jack pine woodland community represented on an SNA. The only other site, LaSalle Lake SNA, suffered the loss of most of its mature jack pine in a 2012 windstorm. These woodlands are considered critically imperiled in Minnesota, and globally rare.
