Cruise Night: Welcome Back

Cruise on in to Lakeview Drive Inn for the themed Cruise Nights throughout the Summer! Enjoy a frosty mug of homemade rootbeer, tasty ice cream treats or a delicious burger basket while taking in the activities and music. Cruise nights start at 6:00 PM. Attendance drawings are held around 7:30pm. Rain policy: If it is raining at 5:30pm, the cruise night will officially be cancelled. However, anyone that stops in during the evening of the cancelled cruise night, may still register for prizes for the next event.

Art in the Park

Lanesboro Arts is proud to present the 44th annual Art in the Park fine art festival on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 10am to 5pm in Lanesboro’s Sylvan Park with 90-plus fine art and craft booths and live music.

Renowned for quality, variety and value, Art in the Park is a family-friendly art fair that attracts thousands of regional patrons to Sylvan Park each year.

Art Fair in The Gardens

Each summer, Munsinger and Clemens Gardens hosts an art fair featuring artists from all around the state. Visitors are encouraged to browse and purchase some wonderful pieces of artwork from 60-plus artists. Also enjoy the many music performers provided on stage along the river. In addition many wonderful food vendors.

Experience the poignant and beautiful sounds of the Negro spiritual in the world-premiere performance of two newly commissioned works by the multi-talented composer B.E. Boykin. Embrace the unifying spirit of community!

Jim Remlinger is the owner of Remlinger Muscle Car Museum and co-owner of Remlinger Collector Car Auctions. He brings years of experience from the classic cars industry to the auction block for owners and potential buyers around the Midwest. Remlinger Collector Car Auctions is a growing company that boasts one of the largest car collection auctions in the Midwest. A single auction at the Winona headquarters can bring in upwards of 400 classic and collector cars, not to mention the large variety of garage art on display at each event.

Celebrate an annual tradition for the whole family when the 320+ members of “The Pride of Minnesota” return to Northrop! This electrifying indoor concert brings a new twist on halftime favorites, an exciting appearance by Goldy Gopher, and more. The University of Minnesota Marching Band, under the direction of Dr. Betsy McCann and Dr. John Leonard, remains one of the most dynamic and visible organizations on campus, providing enthusiastic support to the University’s athletic programs and representing the UMN at events year-round.

NALC - Stamp out Hunger Food Drive

Saturday, May 10th marks the largest one-day food drive in the nation- the National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp out Hunger Food Drive. Letter carriers across the Duluth, Superior, Ashland, Bayfield and Cloquet communities will be collecting food on their route to support our local food banks. Please have your unopened, non-perishable donations by your mailbox by 9am. Volunteers will also be assisting letter carriers throughout the community.
