Richfield Pennfest

Once a year, Penn Avenue in Richfield is closed to motorized traffic and open for walkers and bikers to explore a wide range of fun activities, including music, dance, sports, games, crafts, community groups and more. That special day is Penn Fest!

 Penn Fest is a community-oriented, grassroots event meant to bring people together for a day of fun. Neighbors meet neighbors. Families make memories with their children. It's a day to bring along and old friend, or maybe make a new one.

Reggie Oeltjen Trail 11 Mile Race

This 11-mile race takes place on the Douglas Trail, an asphalt rail-trail system that extends from Northwest Rochester to Pine Island. Participants meet in Douglas to race through a canopy of trees that shade the trail most of the way. Runners are treated to a race gift, post-race refreshments, and delicious watermelon.

Reconstructing the Self

Artistry presents Jessalyn Finch’s Reconstructing the Self, an immersive exhibition exploring body dysmorphia and identity through charcoal drawings and interactive sculptures. The exhibit invites viewers to reflect on self-perception with curiosity and kindness.
