Several teams of draft horses and teamsters will demonstrate the power and beauty of draft horses. Visitors can get up close to horses and hear from the teamsters that drive them. There will be short trolley rides and draft horse demonstrations throughout the day.
In this "make and take" program, visitors will try their hand at building a pinch pot with various tools based on prehistoric examples.
You will be able work with with natural cordage, cord wrapped stick, cord wrapped paddle, smoothing stones, and dentate and punctate stamps to shape and decorate a pot inspired by our historic examples (or make it uniquely your own).
Paynesville Airshow features acrobatic pilots to showcase their skills while having some fun. This is a great family friendly event with many activities for everyone to enjoy. Stop by our small town to enjoy some big attractions!
