The Grammy-winning and Emmy-nominated artist is armed with a warm, soulful sound. Since moving to Los Angeles from her native Guatemala, singer-songwriter-producer Moreno has released nine albums. She received her first Grammy award in 2024 for her project X Mí (Vol. 1).She also earned Grammy nominations in 2023 and 2017. Furthermore, she has received two Latin Grammys.
Dave Holland is a renowned bassist, composer and bandleader with an abiding passion for musical expression. His tireless dedication to creating consistently innovative ensembles has propelled a professional career of more than 50 years. A guiding light on acoustic and electric bass, Holland has earned top honors in his field. To that end, he has multiple Grammy Awards and nominations and the title of NEA Jazz Master in 2017. Holland’s virtuosic technique and rhythmic feel is widely revered and remains much in demand.
Afro-Cuban All Stars is a unique orchestra that has always promoted the full range of Cuban music. This ensemble embraces several generations and all musical styles. Additionally, over the years many of the band’s musicians have become international stars. Brilliant performers like Ruben Gonzalez, Ibrahim Ferrer, Guillermo Rubalcaba, Amadito Valdes and Manuel “The Guajiro” Mirabal have been All Stars.

Whether it is escaping war or seeking opportunities, many Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities have long made Minnesota a hotbed of mouthwatering eats, vibrant festivals, and breathtaking art.
The Lavender Barnyard is a lavender farm in Farmington, MN. With over 400 plants, The Lavender Barnyard hosts different events, including Kidsploration, a day for kids to come and explore the farm and learn more about lavender and pollinators which is held on Wednesdays, U-Pick lavender bundles Thursday-Sunday, as well as picnics and yoga in the lavender, and more! The on-site store is also open Thursday-Sunday to the public. The lavender is typically blooming mid-June through July, when it will all be cut between U-Pick and harvest.
