The field is limited to 200 participants
Since its beginning in 1980, this event has grown to become one of the area's premier road races. The Worthington Area YMCA is proud to be the organizer for the Annual King Turkey Day Run/Walk Events. All King Turkey Day (KTD) events are held in downtown Worthington. Competitive races include a 5K & 10K and medals will be handed out to the top three finishers in each age categories. Events also include a casual walk by the shores of Lake Okabena for families.
This Annual Conference is Uniquely Designed to share the stories and experience of the community members to engage in meaningful conversations centered around belonging.
Monday: Interactive & Immersive Virtual Dementia Tour, Led by MN River Area Agency on Aging
Tuesday: Keynote Dr. Anton Treuer; a professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University, Author of many books such as Everything you wanted to know about Indians but were afraid to ask.
