Stillwater Half Marathon/10K/5K

Offering half, 10K and 5K distances, this race takes half marathoners along the beautiful Gateway Trail and through the streets of scenic Stillwater, Minnesota. The 10K route follows the last 6.2 miles of the Half Marathon course and the 5K course begins at Browns Creek Park. All three distances share a common finish at picturesque Pioneer Park overlooking downtown Stillwater and the historic Stillwater Lift Bridge. The Stillwater Half Marathon kicks off the 2024 5-race series organized by Run Stillwater.

Fall Needlefelted Garland

Use cookie cutters or create your own shapes using a variety of colors of wool as you learn the basics of needlefelting. The needlefelted items you make can be used as ornaments, pins, or wool coasters.

This class is good for children ages 8+ years old and adults. Children must have an adult with them in order to take the class.

$15 per person/$25 for an adult and child. All supplies are provided.

Bloomington Winter Fete

The annual Bloomington Winter Fete welcomes winter to the city with a slate of outdoor activities. Kick off Winter Fete by participating in Global Fat Bike Day on December 3. Be sure to attend other great events during this winter celebration, which include ski jumping competitions, the Ice Harvest Festival and the Pond Dakota Winter History Festival.

He’s also been nominated 4 times for Grammy awards and 24 times for Dove awards. His original song "Sometimes Miracles Hide" spawned an award winning book (Angel Award) by the same name.

Cafesjian Art Trust Museum

The Cafesjian Art Trust Museum (the CAT) is free to visit and welcomes everyone. We feature one exhibition at a time in our 2000-square-foot gallery space, offering visitors the chance to encounter outstanding modern and contemporary art on a personal level. We host two to three exhibitions each year—so there is always something new to see and enjoy.
