This is the day Wabasha goes full Irish—with a lively parade rolling from Heritage Park to the VFW Post 4086, Wabasha, MN! Line up by 12 PM All modes of transportation welcome—floats, cars, ATVs/UTVs, convertibles, on foot… AND YES. DONKEYS. (Because of course.)After the parade?
