Join us in celebrating West Side pride and Mexican heritage at the vibrant 2026 West Side Cinco de Mayo Festival! Set for Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. along Cesar Chavez Street, the festival honors the rich traditions that have been the heart of Saint Paul’s West Side since 1985.

Hosted by the West Side Boosters and West Side Fiestas Committee, the celebration is expected to draw over 10,000 attendees for a full day of culture, music, food, and community. This year marks the exciting return of the Cinco de Mayo Parade, traveling along Cesar Chavez Street from Wabasha Street to Ada Street and ending at the De La O Football Field.

The festivities begin the night before with the Cinco de Mayo Car Show on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Harriet Island, where car enthusiasts can enjoy an evening showcase of classic and custom vehicles.

On festival day, attendees can experience multiple entertainment stages featuring live music and cultural performances throughout the day. The beloved Family Zone returns with interactive activities for kids and families, while an artisan market and a wide variety of food vendors will offer something for everyone.
