Downtown Trick or Treat – A Spook-tacular Community Tradition! 
Get your costumes ready and your candy bags prepped—Monticello’s favorite fall tradition is back and better than ever!

• Join Us for a Night of Family Fun!

Get ready for a magical evening filled with fun, frights, and of course… tons of treats! Bring the whole family to enjoy safe, community-wide trick-or-treating in historic downtown Monticello.

Thursday, October 23, 2025
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Where to Go:

Start your spooky adventure at the Liberty Bank Minnesota booth to grab your FREE trick-or-treat bag (limited supply—come early!), then stroll along Walnut Street and Broadway, where local businesses will be handing out goodies galore!

• How to Spot Treat Stops:

Keep an eye out for the orange pumpkin posters in shop windows and doorways—that’s your sign to stop and say “Trick or Treat!”

• More Fun at the Park:

Businesses without a downtown storefront will be set up in West Bridge Park, so don’t forget to swing by for even more treats and festive displays!

• Helpful Tips for Families:

• Costumes encouraged (the cuter or spookier, the better!)

• Bring a bag or bucket for all the goodies

• Be respectful of others and follow safety guidelines

• This is a rain-or-shine event—come prepared for Minnesota weather!
