• Since last years event several trees have been planted to help continuously improve the local air quality. There is a large pollinator friendly garden next to the vineyard and several pollinator friendly planting spaces around the property. The food vendors are all local and several offer organic options. There is a cup deposit/reusable cup system during the event to reduce waste from single-use cups, also to enhance the taste of the drinks.
