Explore the historic photographic process of cyanotypes during this introductory, hands on workshop. Dating back to the 1800's, this vibrant technique uses the power of the sun to expose detailed prints on surfaces. Students will be introduced to the basics of creating their own cyanotypes by transferring their first print to paper. Students will then be able to experiment with multiple objects, exposure times, and techniques to create 6-8 custom made prints. The result of cyanotype is pure magic and one of a kind!
