The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Health & Fitness Expo, one of the events held in conjunction with the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, returns to Saint Paul RiverCentre on Friday and Saturday, October 3-4. The expo is free and open to the public.

More than 42,000 running enthusiasts are expected to attend the expo, which will feature more than 80 vendors including hands-on health and fitness exhibits, great deals on running and fitness gear, free samples and massages, and information on equipment, nutrition and other running events. Official Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon merchandise will be available for sale including apparel, and gifts at a merchandise space shared with ASICS.

Attendees who are signed up for a Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend event can pick up their race numbers at any time during expo hours. In-person registration for the Medtronic TC Family Events, TC 10K, presented by Dermatology Consultants and TC 5K, presented by Fredrikson, will take place on Friday, October 4, if those events have not reached capacity.

It takes more than 4,000 volunteers to welcome the thousands of athletes from around the world for Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, including the Health & Fitness Expo. Volunteers are still needed and can apply online by visiting tcmevents.org/volunteer.
