Join Ely as they celebrate our amazing business community, filled with unique and locally made products and services. The event features several components, including Shine Bright Ely, our storefront decorating contest. The public votes on their three favorite decorated locations starting on Friday and ending on Sunday night. Businesses participating in the 3-day shopping event will have a variety of sales, product lines, and stocking stuffers for everyone on your shopping list. Kids are also part of the event, as some businesses offer youth-friendly activities and holiday-themed items, such as stickers. The Mrs. Claus Party is open to kids under 12 years of age. Santa and Mrs. Claus welcome youngsters into their wonderland of holiday crafts and activities from 11 am to 1 pm at the Grand Ely Lodge. There is a sensory-friendly time for families from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Each child will receive a gift bag filled with fun take-home activities. These are just a few of the weekend happenings.
