Join us for a special screening of Baking with Julia featuring “our Scandinavian Julia Child” as she demonstrates how to make a variety of Danish pastry pockets. The moderated conversation after the screening will feature Bea Ojakangas, along with stories about both Bea and Julia from Eleanor Ostman (former recipe columnist for the Pioneer Press), and Elaine Kumpula (Honorary Consul for Finland). Conversation will continue at the reception afterwards.
