About

The Twin Cities Film Fest (TCFF) is a 10-day celebration of independent and Minnesota-made films. The festival is a hybrid event with 70+ films screened in person at Marcus West End Cinema in St. Louis Park and the Edina Mann Theatre in Edina, and 70+ films available online via TCFF's streaming platform.

TCFF features the best in American independent films along with studio films, offering thought-provoking documentaries, award-winning narratives and a wide array of short films. Plus, approximately one third of the films have Minnesota connections!

The Fest includes the following special film series:

  • Changemaker Series – Films spotlighting healthcare disparities
  • EMPOWER Series – Films featuring BIPOC filmmakers, stories and voices
  • OUT Series – Films highlighting LGBTQ filmmakers, stories and voices
  • CODE RED – Films devoted to addressing climate change
  • BLACK ON SCREEN – Films by Black filmmakers telling empowering stories of Black lives
  • MN Connected – Films made, produced or directed by a native Minnesotan
  • Studio – Award-winning contenders and highly anticipated releases from major studios. See them before they hit theaters!

TCFF also hosts red carpet interviews and photos, Q&A sessions, free educational sessions, and parties.
