WHAT: Ruff Start Rescue Dating with Dogs Singles (Couples and Friends) Social

Still looking for love (beyond your fury sidekick, of course)? We’ve got a treat for you! Bring your pup and join us at Forgotten Star Brewing in Fridley this Valentine's Day for "Dating with Dogs," a singles social and dog-friendly Valentine's Day event and fundraiser for pet lovers!

Whether you're single or not, own a pup, or are just a dog lover, everyone is invited to come out, celebrate love, and enjoy other dog lovers' company! For those who are single, maybe you might just meet the love of your life and get your dog’s approval!

We'll have tons of fun activities for both humans and canines:

• Relationship Status Wristbands available at check-in so attendees can easily see if you're single, in a relationship, or if "it's complicated."
• Valentine's-Themed Photo Booth by Tammy Taylor Photography, so you can freshen up your profile pic or dating profile
• Puppuccinos
• Pet Grams
• Dog clothes & accessories
• Must Be Ruff gourmet dog treats and accessories
• Twin Cities Caricatures - artwork done onsite or pre-order online to skip the line
• Doggie Dazzle hand-beaded collars
• Hodgepodge food truck
• Free dog bandana (while supplies last)

About Ruff Start Rescue

Founded in 2010, Ruff Start Rescue is a foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit companion animal rescue that primarily serves communities throughout the state of Minnesota, as well as states in the south with severe pet overpopulation. The nonprofit rescues stray, neglected, abandoned, and surrendered dogs and cats as well as ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other critters. Most of Ruff Start Rescue’s work is accomplished by a complex network of volunteers, fosters, and supporters, all of whom come together to save thousands of animals each year, more than 33,000 since its inception!
