Get ready for an exciting new addition to the City of North St. Paul in 2025! This summer, join us for FREE pop-up workout classes at Hause Park! Bring your water bottle and a positive attitude, and get ready to try fun, new ways to get active!

No registration is needed—just show up and enjoy the workout! All three classes are one hour long. They are open to all ages and fitness levels, so everyone can join in on the fun. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get fit and have a blast this summer!

Jazzercize
Date: Wednesday, June 18th, 2025
Time: 5 PM - 6 PM
Location: Hause Park (2616 4th Ave E, North St Paul, MN 55109).

Jazzercise is a dance-based fitness program that combines jazz, hip-hop, and other styles of music with cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. It offers high-energy, fun workouts designed to improve fitness, tone muscles, and boost overall health. Jazzercise classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are known for their vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.

POUND Fitness
Date: Wednesday, July 9th, 2025
Time: 6 PM - 7 PM
Location: Hause Park (2616 4th Ave E, North St Paul, MN 55109).

POUND is a high-energy workout inspired by drumming that combines cardio, strength training, and core exercises. Using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix, participants drum along to music, creating a full-body workout that’s fun, effective, and great for stress relief. It’s perfect for all fitness levels and provides a unique way to stay active while having fun!

Yoga
Date: Wednesday, August 20th, 2025
Time: 5 PM - 6 PM

Yoga involves a series of poses and breathing exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. It focuses on mindful movement, relaxation, and body awareness, helping to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. It is suitable for all fitness levels.
