Summer Workout Series

These free classes were SO GOOD in 2025, we're doing them again in 2026! Join us again for FREE pop-up workout classes at Hause Park! Bring your water bottle and a positive attitude, and get ready to try fun, new ways to get active!

No registration is needed, just show up and enjoy the workout! All three classes are one hour. These classes are open to all ages and fitness levels, so everyone can join in on the fun. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get fit and have a blast this summer!

No equipment needed!
These are bodyweight-only workouts, so just bring:

  • A water bottle
  • A towel or mat (optional)
  • Your energy!

We’re bringing the heat to Hause Park! Join us for TWO high-energy outdoor workout classes led by Basecamp Fitness Woodbury.

This is not your average workout. It’s strength training and cardio designed to challenge seasoned athletes while still being welcoming and accessible for beginners. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or ready to level up, this workout meets you where you’re at and pushes you forward.

Dance Fitness Class

SHiNE Dance Fitness pairs today’s hottest hits with simple, high-energy routines that make everyone feel like a dancer with no experience required. Each class mixes hip hop, jazz, lyrical, and athletic-inspired moves, giving you a full-body workout that’s as joyful as it is effective.

Beachside Pop-Up Yoga! Start your day the best way possible with movement, fresh air, and the sound of the water!

Join us at the beach for a rejuvenating morning yoga session led by the AMAZING FlowFit Yoga instructor! This energizing flow will guide you through strength-building poses, deep stretches, and mindful movement, all while you soak in the beauty of nature around you. There’s nothing better than sunshine, sand, and a strong start to your morning. Bring a mat or towel, a water bottle, and a friend, and come flow with us!

You asked, and we listened! This yoga class was such a hit last time that we’re bringing it back again!

Join us for a refreshing, feel-good yoga session designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. This class will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises that build flexibility, strength, and balance while improving focus and mental clarity. Expect mindful movement, relaxation, and a strong connection to your body, all in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. We’re thrilled to welcome our amazing instructor from FlowFit Yoga and Fitness in Oakdale back to North St. Paul to lead this energizing and restorative experience.
