Breathe in the fresh vineyard air, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and flow into a deeper connection with yourself and nature.

Led by Live Your Truth Yoga Founder, ERYT-500 Sarah Cherry, this 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow is designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.

After practice, you’ll be invited to linger, sip, and savor a glass of Saint Croix Vineyards wine (ages 21+), soaking in the beauty of the vines.

What’s Included:

• A thoughtfully guided Vinyasa flow rooted in functional movement & inspired themes
• Gentle breathwork (Pranayama) to release stress & restore balance
• A soothing Mini Sound Bath Savasana with singing bowls, ocean drum, & chimes.
•  A glass of handcrafted Saint Croix Vineyards wine (ages 21+) or non-alcoholic beverage.

What to Bring:

•  Your yoga mat + any props you love (blocks, strap, blanket, bolster)
•  Water bottle to stay refreshed
•  Dress comfortably for outdoor practice in the vineyard
•  Sunscreen & bug spray for your comfort
• (Limited extra mats available for $2 rental)

•  This is an outdoor class so if weather becomes an issue and we need to cxl you will be informed by 830am. Your tix will be good for any other class. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
