Tower Multiuse Trail

This short, two-mile trail connects the City of Tower to the public beach and campground at McKinley, on Lake Vermilion.

Tower City Trail

11.5 km trackset. Mostly intermediate level trails. Located in Tower, MN Hwy 135 at East Two Rivers bridge, or 1.5 mi S from MN Hwy 169 on MN Hwy 135 (parking lot on W side of road). Trail runs through red pine forest with mixed terrain. Maps along trail. Ski pass required.

Tourist Park

The Tourist Park has 16 full hookups, 56 electrical only the majority with cable, and unlimited camping area for our campers. There are also some primitive tent camping spaces. An attendant is available in the mornings and evenings to collect fees and assist you with your needs. The bath house is handicapped accessible and provides free showers. Fire rings are located throughout the park for campfires. Campers have access to a dump station which is located directly across Oakland Park Road by the entrance of Peder Engelstad Pioneer Village.
