Tiny Diner

The Tiny Diner was created using a “whole-system design” framework. The restaurant showcases biointensive urban farming methods and efficient water use strategies through its edible gardens and rainwater catchments systems. With a solar paneled patio roof, the Diner offsets a good portion of its energy usage. There are also rooftop honey bees and annual crops to foster pollinator habitat and soil fertility.

Fishing includes crappies, catfish, and walleyes. More information on the lake can be found on the Minnesota DNR website.
