ABBYWOOD is a family owned and operated resort on beautiful Dead Lake in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. We are located about 14 miles southwest of Perham and about 28 miles northeast of Fergus Falls. Dead Lake is one of the largest lakes in MN with over 7500 acres. Dead Lake is known for it’s great fishing for walleye, northern, bass, crappie, and sunfish. ABBYWOOD offers fully equipped air-conditioned rental cabins that are just steps from the water. We also have seasonal and nightly RV camping. Come enjoy some great fishing, relaxing, and family fun!

The Plummer House is an English Tudor Mansion and the former home of Henry S. Plummer, who was a member of the Mayo Clinic Staff starting in 1901. The house is 5 stories high, contains 49 rooms, and occupies 11 acres which include beautiful gardens and a water tower.
Orchard overlooks the scenic St. Croix Valley and offers pick-your-own strawberries from mid-June through mid-July. The fall apple orchard season, featuring your favorite Minnesota grown apples, pumpkins, bakery items, gift shop and special activities, begins Labor Day weekend through mid-November. Families welcomed!
