Minnesota Goose Garden

A 5 acre garden in the shape of a nesting Canada goose, a gosling and a nest with three eggs, containing over 400 flora used by Ojibwe tribes. 'Scavenger Hunt" for over 30 animal and human sculptures that are located within the living sculptures. The garden's creator is a 2017 recipient of an Mn Arts Board grant through the arts and cultural legacy amendment.
All of the flora and totems are ID'd and explained.

Minnesota Genealogical Society

The Minnesota Genealogical Society, organized in 1969, is a 501(c)3 educational organization whose purpose is to:
- Foster and increase interest in genealogy by providing an association for those interested in family, state, and local history.
Collect, preserve, and publish genealogical and historical records and information.
- Hold meetings, classes, and workshops to educate members on current genealogy-related topics.

Minnesota Fringe

Minnesota Fringe is a Minneapolis­ based nonprofit organization with a mission to connect adventurous artists with adventurous audiences. As one of the largest performing arts festivals in North America, Minnesota’s annual event welcomes roughly 30,000 audience members to view more than 100 works culminating in over 500 performances by greater than 1,000 artists on a dozen or more stages in late summer.

Walker Bay Theater

The mission of Minnesota Folklore Theater is to create, develop and present professional community based musical and dramatic productions that will further the knowledge and appreciation of the culture and heritage of the United States.

Legends Hall contains video and memorabilia for 26 of Minnesota's fishing legends. Activity center includes games and activities for children. Free kids fishing pond with bait and tackle supplied.

Minnesota Discovery Center

As the Minnesota iron mining industry exploded at the turn of the 20th century, people seeking economic prosperity and freedom immigrated to northern Minnesota from nations around the globe. Immigrants brought few material goods on their journey, but with them the rich traditions and customs of their homelands. Minnesota Discovery Center, formerly known as Ironworld, preserves this important period of American history through museum displays, traveling exhibits, special events and more. Minnesota Discovery Center is located in Chisholm, MN.
