Local history museum housed in a National Register WPA building with Federal Arts Project murals. Sponsored by the Milaca Area Historical Society, the museum is open April through October, except July 3 & 4 or by appointment. Call for hours.

Milaca Area Bike Trails

Whether you prefer the easy, relaxing ride through The Meadow and Rum River Run, or the more physically challenging terrain of the Sky Hill Trails, the Milaca mountain biking trails have something to offer riders of all skill and interest levels. This 14-mile single-track trail system is nestled within 200 acres of woods, hills and fields along the beautiful and scenic Rum River. An experience you won't forget!

Mielke's Fun at the Lakes Resort

Our scenic resort has something for everyone and will please both the family and the sportsman as fishing is available from our resort on both Lake Emily and Lake Mary without taking your boat out of the water as they are connected by a lazy river. We have 135' of sandy beach with no drop-offs, our own boat ramp and two docks. We have a children's play area, paddle-boats, kayaks, horseshoe court and a regulation sized sand volleyball court. We provide picnic tables and outdoor grills.

Midwest Ski Otters

FREE WaterSki Shows all summer Long.
The Midwest Ski Otters are a non-profit waterski team that started performing show on Goose Lake in White Bear Lake in 1995. They perform a scripted story, with characters, music, and narration - all acted out on the water and on the main stage and dock. You will see barefoot waterskiing, pyramids, water ballet, free-style jumping, and much more. The show is fun for ALL ages.

Midway Contemporary Art

Midway Contemporary Art is a nonprofit organization that supports the creation of and reflection upon visual art. Midway facilitates significant new developments in the field and presents audiences with intimate access to visual culture. The gallery and research library are free and open to the public.
