Brookside Campground

Brookside Bar & Grill

Brookside is located in the historical and quaint village of Marine on Saint Croix that was founded in 1839 as Marine Mills. Our village was the site of the first commercial sawmill on the St. Croix River. And almost a hundred years later, Brookside came into the picture. Brookside was built in 1930 as a creamery and became a bar in 1939. Brookside Bar & Grill is proud to continue its legacy of serving the community as a local gathering place for food, drink, and fun. Your golf experience can be fun, memorable and challenging! Play the Brookland Executive Nine Golf Course, a 9-hole design which lends itself well to beginner golfers, yet remains a challenge for all playing levels. Located on 20 acres in the heart of the city, you will find this course to have a fun, friendly and inviting atmosphere. With a New Pro Shop, putting green and lessons for all levels of play, Brookland Executive Nine Golf Course course offers a quality recreation experience!

Kayak and bike the wild and extensive backwaters and blufflands of the Mississippi River. Our professionally guided tours are your chance to learn about the river’s ecosystems and feel the intense quiet and beauty of the real Mississippi River. Offering daily guided kayak and SUP tours, and rentals.
Inn to Inn bike tours riding the roads of the Driftless Region all while staying at unique inns, stopping at wineries and breweries and biking through the area's lush forests and valleys. All are welcome, no experience needed.

Broders' Pasta Bar

Broders’ Pasta Bar has taken the art of fresh pasta one step further. The pasta bar was designed to delight our customers with pasta cooked the way it is meant to be. Each of the 22 or so pasta and risotto on the menu are cooked to order and served steaming hot. Those seated at the bar get the best view of our pasta chefs cooking their dish, which is always ‘al dente’ and carefully tossed.
