Electric Fetus

The Electric Fetus has been a gathering place for music heads and counter-culturists in Minnesota since 1968. It began as a place to get turned on to something a little out of the ordinary, and that still holds true today. We stock a comprehensive selection of new and used CDs, DVDs, and LPs: old classics to the newest blog hype, from all different genres and styles. Our great local scene means we have exclusives on the bands poised to be the next Replacements, Hüsker Dü, or Atmosphere.

James Ballentine “Uptown” VFW Post 246

James Ballentine “Uptown” VFW Post 246 is a Veteran non-profit organization based in a recently renovated mid-century building. The original ballroom is now a 440 capacity music venue and nightclub. We feature three bars and a restaurant in the same building. The karaoke bar has been featured on Esquire TV’s Best Bars of America and remains untouched by any major remodeling since it’s establishment in the 1950’s.

Turtle Rescue Team

Help save sea turtles at SEA LIFE at Mall of America during the months of March and April! Visitors can grab a Patrol Book, take note of the different breeds of turtles they see, and help with turtle rescue at different stages. This event is included with general admission.

Slime Break

This spring break is SLIME break at Nickelodeon Universe in Mall of America! It’s your chance to get slimed in the Slimulator, or if you’d prefer to not get messy, stick with making your own glittery DIY Slime. Guests can also celebrate the Fly with Appa ride’s first birthday!

Jungle Trek Craft Theme

Go wild at Crayola Experience Mall of America during the months of March and April with the Jungle Trek Craft Theme! Visitors can craft a rainbow boa, create an animal bookmark, and mold a poison dart frog. All activities are included with general admission.
