Join us for a day-long, family-friendly exploration of fiber art techniques! From felting to dyeing, weaving to stitching, explore the many ways color can transform and enrich textiles. All ages and ability levels are welcome! Activities include needle felted ornaments, wet felted geodes, tapestry weaving, ice dyed bandanas, suminagashi cards, and hand quilted coasters. 2026 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship

From December 26 to January 5, Minnesota welcomes the world for one of hockey’s most exciting international events: the IIHF World Junior Championship. This premier tournament brings together the top under-20 hockey talent from across the globe to compete for gold in a festival of fast skating, big hits, and unforgettable moments.

Rick's Coffee Bar

Rick’s Coffee Bar was named to honor the memory of Rick Gustafson, a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Rick served his country with everything he had and ultimately took his own life due to the emotional and mental wounds incurred in service. The loss of hope is something that can be experienced by both veterans and non-veterans alike, which is why we believe community is so important.

Glassblowing Demonstration with Sam Spees & Blaine Steiner

Join us for a glassblowing demonstration at Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts! Guest artists Sam Spees and Blaine Steiner will be collaboratively working in our nonprofit studio’s hotshop to create blown glass sculptures. This is a great opportunity to watch professional glass artists work together to create their artwork, and gain some insight into the process. During the event our gallery will be open for browsing locally made glass artwork, all available for purchase.

Brulé – A Native American Experience in Sight, Soul, and Sound

Dawson-Boyd Arts Association presents A Native American Experience in Sight, Soul and Sound featuring the award-winning Native American music group Brulé. The group is best known for thrilling audiences with a mergence of cultural rock and theatrical instrumentations. Now in their 20th season, Brulé’s national performances carry the same contagious excitement as Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Celtic Thunder and Riverdance—but with the emotional impact of the American Indian culture.

Enchanted Fantasy: Film Museum

Enchanted Fantasy: Film Museum is a family friendly movie museum with North Americas Largest collection of film and television costumes on display. With an impressive 200 costumes currently on display spanning over 50 films and tv shows including Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Game of Thrones, Ella Enchanted, Jurassic Park and Once Upon A Time.
