Lauren Bennett McGinty will welcome over 500 travel and tourism industry leaders from across the state to Explore Minnesota's 2024 Tourism Conference. She will present the state of the industry address including Explore Minnesota's work, new Outdoor Recreation and Explore Minnesota for Business divisions, and share the first look at the highly-anticipated Minnesota state marketing campaign, "Star of the North".

The Fairmont Triathlon offers an exciting challenge in the heart of southern Minnesota, set against the backdrop of Fairmont’s chain of five lakes. By popular demand, the 2024 Bicycling Around Minnesota (BAM) 4-day tour will return to northeastern Minnesota’s scenic Iron Range – an area rich in mining history with its scenic vistas, vast red pits of old iron ore mines now filled with emerald green water, friendly communities, rugged north woods scenery, lakes and rivers, and the undulating Mesabi Trail, a premier bicycle trail winding through some of the most scenic parts of the state.
