Austin ArtWorks Festival
Free two-day event in Austin, Minnesota held annually each August...a celebration of visual, performing and literary artists, many with ties to Austin and the area. Check out the many vendors, exhibits, demonstrations, entertainment options, fun activities and food! Festival will be held in a variety of locations in Downtown Austin MN.

Lets RELAY! The Lyon County Relay for Life Event is Thursday August 21th. In partnership with Sounds of Summer - Relay for Life will kick off the festivities!The pandemic had a devastating impact on life-saving cancer screening rates, which dropped by 90% for some cancers. Relay plays a vital part of reminding millions of people that timely screenings help catch cancer when it’s most treatable as well as supporting research and other services.5:00 p.m. The fun begins!
