Minnesota River Trail

Discover this 10.7-mile out-and-back trail near Mankato, Minnesota. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 18 min to complete. This is a popular trail for road biking, running, and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are March through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. The two best places to pick up the trail are at Sibley Park and Waterfront Park in Mankato. Both places have rest rooms and parking lots.

Fallenstein Playground and Field

Fallenstein Playground is an all-inclusive playground at Caswell Park in North Mankato that allows kids of all needs to have fun.

It features an accessible surface for children who use wheelchairs and other mobility aids. The equipment is designed for children of all abilities to be liberated and play side by side with their peers.
