Phil's Tara Hideaway

In 1997 Phil Barbatsis launched Phil's Tara Hideaway focusing on the traditions of the past while presenting guests with a contemporary, relaxing, and affordable dining experience.

Over the years Phil has teamed up the chef Brad Nordeen to create unique Greek-Mediterranean inspired cuisine using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Phil's focuses on using locally grown and raised products, daily sourced fresh fish and seafood, & specials based on the bounty of the season.

Oasis Cafe

Known for its burgers, breakfasts and pies, The Oasis Cafe is a family-owned restaurant tucked into a rocky bluff as you enter Stillwater on Hwy 95. Proud winners of the 2013 Best Burger In The Valley contest. Expanded in 2018 to include full bar service and outdoor patio.

Victoriano's Pizza

Hand-tossed pies from homemade dough and fresh ingredients. Our takeout joint has been offering authentic New York Style pizzas from beautiful Main Street for over a decade.

Nacho Mama's

Nacho Mama's is located on the main streets of Stillwater. This restaurant is like finding a little side street hideaway in an old world Mexican town that is bursting with bold flavors and excitement, featuring old and modern Mexican entrees with a hint of the Caribbean is alive and well. Enjoy margaritas in the area indoors or out, they are waiting for you just around the corner, so come hungry!

River Siren Brewing Co.

There is a story as old as Stillwater itself that has been handed down across generations like a family heirloom.

Before there was a bridge to connect the two newly minted states, only the brave dared portage from shoreline to shoreline. Seasoned loggers would warn of an arcane maiden who wished to distract the travelers with her serenade. Those who heard her beckoning felt a mysterious pull away from the shore and further downstream. One man followed it to the mouth of the Mississippi. He showed up back in town a month later, drenched and smiling.

Mad Capper Saloon & Eatery

The Mad Capper was founded in 1979 by Martin Anderson. In 1981, Richard and Kay Chilson purchased it and grew it into one of the longest tenure restaurants in Stillwater. After 20 years of success, their son Jeff and his wife Tammy bought it in 2002, and continue the Legacy that is the Mad Capper Saloon & Eatery.
