John Latsch Day Celebration

To celebrate this kind and generous citizen from Winona’s past, join us on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Windom Park, corner of Huff St. and Broadway, starting at 2 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. There will be games, food, and many tables, with information on Latsch and about outdoor recreation, conservation, and cultural opportunities in the Winona area.

Join us on Saturday, October 25th from 6-9pm for a Jack-O-Lantern Walk in Bluff Park! Bring your family and enjoy all the different Jack-O-Lanterns as well as a fall food stand! This is a free event, but donations are appreciated to go towards future library programming.
You DO NOT need to register to attend this event. Only if you plan to submit a Jack-O-Lantern for the walk.

Dylan cut his teeth playing with legends like Buddy Guy, Bobby Whitlock, James Cotton, & Bernard Allison. Salfer had a vision to assemble the city’s top talent. Thus, he formed a band featuring sax, bass, keys, & not one, but two drummers!
