The space

The Boathouse is an exceptional 3-acre waterfront property nestled among towering pines in a classic northern landscape on the western shore of beautiful Lake Vermilion just outside of Cook, Minnesota. This comfortable upscale property features plenty of space to relax or play with six bedrooms each with private bathrooms in the 3800 square foot house, Fishy’s Bunkhouse, four decks overlooking the lake, a large dock, and a remodeled kitchen. The Boathouse is named for the unique featured centerpiece in the great room: a 32-foot vintage 1923 wooden boat surrounded by a hand-painted mural by local artist Nancy Luloff! Ideal for groups, family reunions, and corporate retreats. Sleeps 12. Please bring your own bathroom toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc. If using fireplaces, please bring hardwood firewood.
