Brick & Bourbon, the can't-miss craft restaurant and bar in Maple Grove, adds a unique touch to Minneapolis Northwest's impressive dining scene. Located on Elm Creek Boulevard a few blocks northwest of The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, Brick & Bourbon exudes a cool, industrial-chic atmosphere with its cavernous ceiling, impressive wood-working details and bourbon barrels throughout. The center bar creates a communal area to congregate around, and 30 draft beers are poured via a custom-made tap. Seating ranges from high and low top tables, to cushy red leather booths and a massive wood table that's perfect for groups. An expansive patio seats an additional 200 diners.
