About
The newly renovated Brown County Historical Society Museum features three floors of exhibits. On the 1st floor of the museum is Becoming Brown County: The Land and its People, a new permanent exhibit. The 2nd floor features rotating exhibits, and a new child-friendly Explorer's Corner with hands-on activities. On the 3rd floor is the award-winning Never Shall I Forget exhibit about the U. S. - Dakota War of 1862. The museum also has a research library and archives, and a museum store with books and souvenirs for all ages.

Rates
- Adults: $7.00
- Seniors, Military: $5.00
- Children 5-18: $4.00
Admission for ages 18-64 are $7, Seniors 65+ and Active Military $5, ages 5-18 are $4, and Members and children under 5 are free.

Very educational and informative. I like to visit this museum because the staff are friendly and the exhibits are set up very well. Worth the stop if you're into museums!
