The Bryant-Lake Bowl was re-imagined in 1993, transformed from a 3.2 dive bar with a game room and a chip machine into a bustling open-bowling spot with an American Grill menu and a 90-seat cabaret theater. Shows almost every day of the week and sometimes twice a night! Our shows cover a broad spectrum of interests: comedy, musical, drama, dance, music and more. The line "You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here" was hummed into the microphone every night at closing time by Roger Engmark, who had worked there since the 70's and still does. It’s a historical establishment that serves locally-sourced food, all day everyday, alongside a bowling alley and cabaret theatre. Featuring craft cocktails and extensive beer and wine lists, BLB is an Uptown landmark not to be missed. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night daily.
