Here at Casper’s Cherokee of Eagan you will enjoy juicy steaks and burgers that arrive sizzling from the grill. Families share made-from-scratch meals in the cozy booths. The Sports Barn serves up libations and nightly activities, while games broadcast from ample TV screens, including two new 10’x12’ screens. After a seven-month hiatus due to a fire, Casper’s Cherokee in Eagan has reopened with a revamped menu, a restored bar, revved up décor, and a renewed spirit. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention the new weekday Express Lunch specials, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts and weekend Bloody Mary bar.
