At Constellation Coffee, we hope to be not only an inspiration for people with special needs, but a place people can come together to connect as a community. This coffee shop will contribute more than just food and drink: we will create jobs for people with special needs in a supportive environment, a gathering place within the city of Apple Valley to connect and celebrate differing abilities.

At Constellation Coffee, we offer a comfortable, quality coffee shop to the community, while caring for and investing in our staff. We create meaningful employment for individuals with special needs, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities and offer a feeling of community to our staff and our patrons.

Constellation Coffee was inspired by a local Apple Valley family and their journey with their son Matty, who was diagnosed with autism. Matty has inspired us with his determination and resilience for over 20 years. Our hope is to offer a great coffee shop, while providing meaningful employment for people just like Matty, and give everyone a place to be part of a caring, capable community.

We take pride in offering a variety of coffee drinks, from a traditional latte or cappuccino to an americano or espresso. Each drink is created with care by our awesome staff. We also offer a variety of snacks and baked goods, all locally sourced from some of our favorite local bakeries. We are excited to offer gluten free options. Come on in and see what we have today!
