Duluth's Historic Union Depot that started life as a train
station in 1892 has been the home of 5 performing arts and 4 exhibiting organizations since 1977. Explore the Art Institute, Railroad Museum and County Historical Society for one admission price or get your tickets for the Symphony, Ballet, Arrowhead Chorale, Playhouse or North Shore Scenic Railroad. Be sure to stop in the gift shop. In the summer, ride the trolley or enjoy a treat in the ice cream parlor.

Touring the indoor train (real trains) museum with our grandson was a winner. It is amazing to see the trains up close and to be able to enter many of the cars and engines.
