About
Hidden Haven Resort is a year-round, family-friendly resort in the heart of northern Minnesota just outside of Grand Rapids in beautiful Itasca County. Our 13 fully modern, log-sided cabins are situated on almost 30 heavily wooded acres and offer the finest in "at the lake" accommodations. All of our cabins are fully equipped for housekeeping with everything you will need for your stay right down to the corkscrew! All of our cabins feature cable TV and some even feature amenities such as air-conditioning, dishwashers and fireplaces. Kids will love building sand castles on our 200' sand beach and swimming and chasing minnows in our crystal clear water. At Hidden Haven our guests have free use of our paddle boats, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddleboards. Our large gently sloping front yard is the perfect place for a volleyball or bean bag game and the playground area are sure to be a hit with the youngsters. We also have family & kids activities such as our weekly medallion hunt, Ice Cream Social and kids games and the always popular Campfire Donut Night. We also have horseshoes, bean bags, bocce balls, yard Yahtzee, super-sized Jenga, volleyball and badminton. We're sure to have something for everyone!
Fishing on Bass Lake is fantastic! Whether you are chasing walleyes, northern pike, largemouth or smallmouth bass, jumbo perch or the BIG bluegills Bass Lake is known for, we have you covered. With over 10% of the lakes in Minnesota located right here in Itasca County, we are a great central location for exploring all of the great fishing opportunities our area has to offer. We'll even fillet your catch for you or teach you how! Whether you are a serious fisherman or just want to swim, sunbathe or generally relax, Hidden Haven is the perfect location to unwind, re-energize and reconnect with family and friends.
As fall rolls around, whether you are a fisherman, fall color enthusiast or just want to spend a weekend in front of the fireplace with a good book, we welcome you to the beauty and solitude of the northwoods. Great off-season rates, too!
